What you will do
You will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications team for DHL Consulting & DHL Data & AI - with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement and external brand building.

Your responsibilities:

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement 
• Create engaging internal content that inspires and informs our global Data & AI community — including newsletters, leadership updates, and storytelling campaigns.
• Drive employee engagement through creative formats, events, and communication initiatives that strengthen our culture and bring Data & AI to life for our teams.
• Partner with leadership to craft clear, impactful messaging and internal narratives.

Creative Marketing & Storytelling
• Develop fresh, creative marketing campaigns that showcase DHL’s Data & AI initiatives and boost our employer brand — in close alignment with our recruiting team.
• Craft compelling content for internal and external channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, internal platforms) that highlights our AI use cases, success stories, and thought leadership.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by  building strong content pillars for Data & AI storytelling.

Design, Production & AI-Enhanced Content Creation
• Design and produce visual assets, videos, and infographics that turn complex AI topics into simple, exciting stories.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Performance & Trend Monitoring
• Track and analyze content engagement and campaign performance using insights to continuously improve our communication strategies
• Stay plugged into AI, tech, and marketing trends to keep our communication innovative, bold, and future-ready.

What you bring

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/communnications or strong internship experience
• Strong interest in AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies
• Ability to create digital content (copy, visuals, video)
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) and MS-Office
• Excellent communication skills in English; German B1+ is a plus
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn preferred)
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with content performance data

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with tech, digital, data, or AI topics
• Interest in employer branding and talent marketing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and a strong visual sense
