WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
In this exciting role as an Associate Management Consultant within the APAC team, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on diverse consulting projects spanning various functional areas such as strategy, finance, HR, IT, and operations.
- Have the opportunity to work on both internal management consulting projects for DHL Group or strategic logistics consulting projects for external customers in the private or public sector.
- Accelerating your learning curve by closely collaborating with a senior colleague on specific workstreams.
- Becoming a valued member of our international team, driving high-impact analyses that make a real difference for our valued customers.
- Engaging directly with senior management, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure your project work leaves a lasting impact, creating true value for our clients.
WHAT YOU CAN OFFER
- Your Bachelor's degree reflects your dedication and outstanding performance in both academics and professional pursuits.
- Having garnered initial work experience, ideally through internships in professional services, Supply Chain or project-based settings, you are ready to take on new horizons.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- International work experience or studies abroad
- Fluency in English is required
- An additional Asian Language is a plus (e.g., Mandarin Chinese or Japanese)
- The ability to think of solutions and keep the big picture in mind
- A strategic approach, strong presentation skills, and an international outlook
- Team spirit and an open mind
